Phineas Harper

Phineas Harper is a writer, curator and sculptor. They are a regular contributor to the Guardian newspaper and were previously chief executive of Open City Chief Curator of the Oslo Architecture Triennale. They currently sit on the board of heritage charity The Twentieth Century Society.
